HOPE AND DESPAIR: THE DILEMMA OF BEGINNING, SUSTAINING, AND ENDING WELL!
The biggest deceit that strikes the mind of man in the world is the sense of “Excuse.” It comes with relief and some level of self exoneration and irresponsibility. I often use this my cliché: “Man, you are inexcusable,” to drive home, thoughts on the dangerous place of excuses in human success path and on responsibility and accountability.
The human ability and capacity to achieve is limitless, but again, human achievement is limited in his ability and capacity, the ability and capacity to begin, sustain, and end well. Yes, it’s not just ending, but ending well. This is because within the time of beginning, sustenance, and of ending are found pendulum forces that regulate certain directions and results; they are the choices and decisions we make; the mistakes and rights we make; the influences, perceptions, and impressions we leave, etc. In other words, a lot lies in the beginning, the bulk of which is driven by consistent hope or despair. Without fear of equivocation, you may never end well if you don’t begin well! Although, as said, it is better not to begin than to begin and not finish, I think it is more dangerous never to begin or try out of fear and despair, thus making redundant the strengths and gifts within.
As kids, we grew up hearing several stories of heroic and beautiful sites and things that happened in the past, and as an adult, I have come to see several awestriking possibilities, realities and inventions that make one wonder how it all came to be. Well, the answer is simple: human limitless capacity. Rome was not built in a day!
In sum, do not fall for this dilemma! Remember that you are inexcusable.
Develop a self motivation skill that keeps hope and sustenance alive, such that even failing many times will not thwart or bring an end to a vision and dream justly and decisively commenced.
Think positively; act positively!
Do not recourse to the false hope and security of “prayer,” get to work. It is not always spiritual; successful ends require only a little step from its beginning, miles away. Remember that to work is to pray!
BEGIN TODAY, DO NOT PROCRASTINATE, AND I PRAY AND HOPE TO SEE YOU AT THE TOP.
