Our approach to God can only be perfect when it involves an integral wellness. In peace and proper community with our own selves and with/in the praying community that believes, such that our prayer becomes no longer our will, but the will of God. Jesus already said, “Where two or more are gathered in my name, I am there”(Matt. 18:20), and St Paul tells us we don’t actually know how to pray as we ought, but the Holy Spirit intercedes for us…(Rom. 8:26).
Therefore, it is not just about going to God in prayers; instead, we have to order our relationship with the praying community, and with one another, then our prayers will reflect the true communitarian spirit and mode for which Jesus taught us today.
