The two figures and the results today: the Israelites(lack of faith and trust, even after all that God has done for them, leading to a DELAYED journey in the desert and never seeing the promised land in their lifetime) and the woman of Canaan(show of radical faith and trust, even without a faith orientation and not having received anything from God before, leading to and INSTANT miracle, love and approval by Jesus), show us how much we should be careful in judging others and thinking we are much better, as well as taking God for granted.
